PV Music House's piano program for very young children teaches the basic fundamentals of playing piano in the ways in which young children learn, through singing and moving. Students develop listening and reading skills, as well as those of improvisation, technique, ensemble playing, and composition. Repertoire includes contemporary and classical music, familiar childhood songs, and performance soundtracks. Performances and ensemble parties are planned at the end of each session. Our program for very young children is based on Music for Little Mozarts, an award-winning series by Alfred Publishing Company, and supplementary ensemble and repertoire materials.

PV Music House's Certificate of Merit program (ages 7 and up) is designed to prepare students for the MTAC Certificate of Merit exams offered each year. Students will learn music theory and level-appropriate performance literature. Enrollment in the CM program is by teacher placement only.
